Join soprano Lizzie Holmes and Spanish piano improviser Sam Peña as we go on a musical journey through the world of classical music and opera with live performances and behind the scenes gossip. Whether you're a fan, or keen to learn more, we'll have fun exploring the remarkable lives and music of some of the world's greatest composers.
We'll share stories from our lives as professional musicians, Lizzie will sing some of her favourite arias, Sam will play some incredible mash-ups on the piano and you'll be invited to ask questions and share your favourite composers.
By the end of our time together we will have gone on a musical journey from the 1600s to the present day to discover how classical music has evolved and learn about the drama off stage as well as on it! During the night Sam will also have created and performed some piano pieces inspired by you - our guests!
